How to Prevent Hangover
1. Eat something before you drink. Do not drink with an empty stomach. Food high in carbohydrates and fats make alcohol absorption slower.
2. Drink water. Helps you hydrate. Drink water in between drinks and before you sleep. It prevents the headache in the morning.
3. Take a multivitamin. Alcohol takes away vitamin b12 and folate. Take a multivitamin to replace lost nutrients.
4. Eat Banana. When you drink, you lose more than just water. So go eat some banana or drink a gatorade.
