The Shirley Temple Mocktail
The classic Shirley Temple is a mocktail (non alcoholic) drink which is traditionally made of Ginger Ale and Grenadine. It's the most famous mocktail worldwide. It derived its name from then child actress Shirley Temple when a bartender made a non alcoholic drink for the kid. Today, lemon lime soda such as sprite / 7 up is substituted in whole or in part with Ginger Ale. A mix of sprite and Ginger ALe is the best way to go. Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
Lemon lime soda (Sprite or 7up)
Ginger Ale
Grenadine
cherry for garnish
Instructions: In a high ball glass with ice, half fill with GInger Ale then sdd sprite all the way to the top. Stir then dash with Grenadine. Mix to achieve a orange - red color. Garnish with a cherry on top.
