Hangover Remedies


Got wasted last night? Here are some tips:


1. Hydrate

Drinking a lot of water helps you regain all the liquids you lost last night. Drink water before, during and after you party. In the morning after, drink water with salt at sugar to help replenish lost electrolytes.




2. Eat Banana

Eating bananas helps replenish your Potassium levels lost while taking in your alcohol (which is a diuretic).  




3. Drink Ginger Ale

Not only for Mocktails, Ginger Ale can help relieve your nausea. If you feel dizzy and about to throw up, Ginger Ale might help.

4. Drink Gatorade

Drinking sports drinks helps you replenish lost electrolytes and adds glucose to your system for energy.



5. Drink wheat grass

Wheat grass cleanses the body's fluids, hydrating and energizing cells. It is a natural detoxifier and has proven to have many benefits.
